This professional learning series is intended to provide insight into the components of evidence-based literacy instruction (EBLI) for paraprofessionals (instructional assistants, tutors, aids, volunteers, etc.) who provide critical support in literacy. These resources are designed to build knowledge regarding component literacy skills and evidence-based practice to support the implementation of high-quality instructional materials. The series consists of videos and one-pagers organized by topic areas related to EBLI and scaffolding support for each topic. We hope these resources support the collaborative efforts to align evidence-based reading instruction across settings and grade bands.
