Phase II Core applications will be completed online by programs invited to proceed after Phase I approval. The Phase II application window for K-5 core programs will open on April 4, 2025 and close on April 18, 2025 at noon EST. Submission of materials either in hard copy or via email will not be accepted.

All components of the application are required, including completed submission file, student materials, assessment materials, and other documents. Rubric submissions must include responses for all indicators on the relevant grade level sheets.

Phase II: In-Depth Review Application

In order to be reviewed, the completed application, including materials detailed below, must be submitted. 

• Completed rubric submission
• Comprehensive instructional materials, including (but not limited to):   
  • Student materials
  • Assessment materials
  • Additional instructional materials, including access to materials cited as evidence in the rubric submission for each grade level (e.g. implementation guides, student resources, etc.)
• Review team and public access details (login credentials for full access to teacher and student materials)
• Brief webinar or screencast (<20 minutes) orienting reviewers to the program (see Review Process Webinar for Providers for details) 

Providers will be able to link all materials within the application.
