Allison Gray

Allison Gray has a background in quantitative methods in human development and family studies. In her research, she has worked on developing novel methods of longitudinal data analysis. She is an avid R user and enjoys working with large, complex datasets. In her current role, she supports both the LinkB5 and Virginia Literacy Partnerships projects by managing datasets, creating reports for stakeholders, and aiding in the development of new state-wide data collection systems to support the early childhood landscape in Virginia.
