RyAnn Dean

RyAnn Dean is an Education and Outreach Manager at the Virginia Literacy Partnerships (VLP). She received her M.Ed. as a reading specialist from Old Dominion University and has a K-12 Educational Leadership endorsement. At the VLP office, RyAnn supports school divisions across Virginia as they align their literacy instruction with the Virginia Literacy Act. Prior to joining the VLP, RyAnn has been a classroom teacher, a literacy coach, and a professional learning facilitator. Her professional interests include instructional coaching, educational leadership, and equity through evidence-based literacy instruction.
