Michelle Behnke

Michelle Behnke is an Outreach and Education Specialist at Virginia Literacy Partnerships (VLP). She received her Ed.S. and M.Ed. from UVA and a B.A. from William and Mary. At the VLP office, Michelle supports teachers and administrators in administering state-wide literacy screeners; understanding data; and connecting to evidence-based instruction. She also assists with pilot and item-development efforts for the new screeners. Michelle spent time as both a classroom teacher and professional development coordinator.
