LaNijah Grier

Education and Outreach Manager

LaNijah Grier is an Educational and Outreach Manager at the Virginia Literacy Partnerships (VLP). She received her undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University and her Master’s of Science from Florida International University in Educational Leadership. What drives her in education is continuing to serve underrepresented communities. Before VLP, LaNijah was a classroom teacher and professional learning facilitator.
