Jenny Isaacs-Lowe

Jenny Isaacs-Lowe is an Education and Outreach Manager at the Virginia Literacy Partnerships (VLP). She received her MT in Special Education from the University of Virginia. At the VLP office she primarily works with other team members to develop professional development and other related materials for the implementation of the Virginia Literacy Act. Prior to joining the VLP team, she worked as a special education teacher and interventionist in local Charlottesville schools for almost 20 years.
