Jennifer McSweeney

Education and Outreach Manager

Jennifer McSweeney, Ed.D, is an Education and Outreach Manager at the Virginia Literacy Partnerships (VLP). She received her Ed.D from The College of William & Mary. At the VLP office, Jennifer contributes to efforts to provide effective professional development to school districts across the state. Her interests include factors that contribute to effective professional development, components of literacy as they are implemented through instruction, and systems change and planning.
