Danielle Sisson-Jones

Education and Outreach Manager

Danielle Sisson-Jones is an Education and Outreach Manager at the Virginia Literacy Partnerships (VLP). She received her Reading Specialist degree from Longwood University. At the VLP office, Danielle supports the development of canvas courses and professional development content. She also serves school divisions as a regional literacy coach in implementing Science-Based Reading Research and Evidenced-Based Literacy Instruction in grades 4-8. Danielle has spent time as a middle school English teacher, reading specialist, literacy coach, and Director of Elementary and Title I.
