Alicia Mathó

Alicia Mathó is an Education and Outreach Manager at the Virginia Literacy Partnership (VLP). She received her Master’s in Education from Harvard University. At the VLP office, Alicia supports the professional development team and the Spanish team. She is passionate about literacy instruction and how to support teachers. Prior to beginning at VLP Alicia worked as an elementary school teacher, Spanish teacher, and research assistant for Harvard Project Zero’s Creando Comunidades de Indagación (Creating Communities of Inquiry).
